Joshua was playing so happy in his activity gym and then started screaming his head off. Leslie bent down to see what was wrong and saw the wasp. His bite quickly swelled up and turned red. Leslie called Kaiser and asked what to do. He didn't have any allergic reactions, so he is being closely watched. We all took Joshua over to Ann Johnson (a pediatric nurse from church) so she could take a look. By the time we got to Ann's house, the redness had pretty much gone and the lump was much smaller (kind of more spread out). He screamed all the way home because he would lean his head on the car seat where he was bitten. 3 hours later he is his old self and back playing in the activity gym. So we guess he was not too traumatized.
